Harold Phillips has had an extensive career working in various roles related to public health and HIV/AIDS policy. Currently serving as Deputy Director at NMAC, Harold previously held the position of Director at The White House's Office of National AIDS Policy. Prior to that, Harold worked at the US Department of Health and Human Services as Director and Chief Operating Officer, focusing on ending the HIV epidemic in the US. With a background in regional planning and political science, Harold has also worked as a Principal Consultant and Director of Technical Assistance.
