Kierra Alderman

Vice President of Revenue Operations at Neuromonitoring Associates

Kierra Alderman has a diverse work experience in revenue operations and cycle management. Kierra started their career in 2011 as a Billing Manager at Vision Source® and worked there until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they served as a Senior Revenue Cycle Manager & Interim Director at National Neuromonitoring Services. In 2017, they joined Specialist TeleMed as a Revenue Cycle Manager and stayed there until 2020. Currently, they are employed at NMA (Neuromonitoring Associates), where they began as a Revenue Cycle Manager in 2017. Kierra later became the Revenue Cycle & Compliance Director and is currently serving as the Vice President of Revenue Operations. In their roles, Kierra has been responsible for policy development and implementation, training and coaching, employee performance reviews, audits, complaints handling, and delegation oversight.

Kierra Alderman has a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix. Kierra obtained this degree from 2011 to 2014. Before that, they completed two Bachelor's degrees at The University of Texas at San Antonio. From 2004 to 2011, they studied Biology, General and Community Health and Preventive Medicine at the same institution. Additionally, Kierra has obtained several certifications, including Supervision Skills - Managing Groups and Employee Interaction from Alison - Online Learning in September 2021, a John Hopkins Verified Certificate in Healthcare Data Security, Privacy & Compliance from Johns Hopkins Medicine in August 2021, and a Harvardx Verified Certificate for Contract Law: From Trust to Promise to Contract in March 2021. Kierra also holds certifications in Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles from HarvardX in March 2021, ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management System (QMS) from Alison - Online Learning in March 2021, and Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Level I from Six Sigma Management Institute by Dr. Mikel J. Harry in August 2019.
