Robert Brouwer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Robert started their career in 1997 as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they led and supervised audit engagements. In 2000, they became a Director in the Transaction Services division, coordinating and executing due diligence and transaction support services for top-tier clients.

In 2009, Brouwer joined Dyno Nobel as the Vice President Finance and was later promoted to Chief Financial Officer of the Asia Pacific region. During their tenure, they led the explosive company through a significant growth phase and played a key role in developing and executing the long-term business strategy.

In 2015, Brouwer assumed the role of Vice President Finance / Planning and Analysis at Dyno Nobel, where they managed internal financial reporting processes and led important business planning processes such as budgeting and financial forecasting. Robert also provided financial analysis and support for strategic acquisitions and asset disposals.

In 2017, Brouwer took on the position of Chief Financial Officer at NMA (Neuromonitoring Associates), where they currently hold the role.
