Caroline Cointepas

Caroline Cointepas is an HR Business Partner and Employee Experience Specialist currently working at Nmbrs since February 2025. Previously, Caroline served as an HR Business Partner at blackbear, where significant contributions included shaping People processes and policies and being a founding member of the People & Culture Team. Caroline's experience also includes roles as a Vraagbaak & Bron- en contactmedewerker at GGD GHOR Nederland, an HR Assistant at Reckitt, and various internships in human resources and hospitality. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in International Human Resource Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hotelschool The Hague.
