Rick Markesteijn

Rick Markesteijn is an accomplished customer success professional with extensive experience in various roles focused on client relationship management and support within the fitness industry and beyond. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Nmbrs since July 2025, Rick previously held senior positions at Virtuagym, where responsibilities included preventing churn, managing escalations, and fostering product adoption among clients in the Benelux region. With earlier roles as Community Manager at Ahold Delhaize and various positions in hospitality and media, including contributions to XITE and Quality Content, Rick has developed a diverse skill set in communication and engagement. Rick holds a Bachelor's degree in Media, Information and Communication from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and a diploma in Marketing & Communication from ROC TOP.
