Chris Hayward

Chris Hayward has extensive experience in the building materials industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of NMBS since April 2002. Previously, Chris held the position of Marketing Director at NMBS from January 2000 to June 2001. Additionally, Chris was President of EURO-MAT from October 2015 to May 2024, representing the leading European cooperation of independent builders’ merchants. Chris holds a DMS in Management Studies with a focus on Marketing and Finance from De Montfort University and is associated with the Chartered Management Institute.
