Asrar Rashid is a highly experienced professional in the healthcare industry, serving in various leadership roles at companies such as NMC Healthcare and Mediclinic. As the Group Chairman Health Informatics and Digitisation at NMC Healthcare, Asrar is responsible for implementing novel technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to improve health services. With a background in medicine and a focus on pediatric care, Asrar has also held positions such as Head of Department Pediatric Intensive Care and Acting Chair of Pediatric Services. Additionally, Asrar is actively involved in philanthropy through the NGO Midland Doctors and holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from Edinburgh Napier University.
