Baraah Awlad Thani is a Biomedical Engineer with a passion for advancing healthcare through innovation and technology. Currently serving as a Biomedical Engineer at NMC Healthcare, Baraah previously completed a First Class Honours degree at the University of Bradford, where they conducted a final year research project on 3D-printed phantoms for tumor detection. They have designed adjustable prosthetics for children and collaborated on research investigating X-ray effects on animal cells, showcasing skills in medical imaging, device maintenance, and public speaking. Additionally, Baraah has gained leadership experience as Vice President of The Hiking Society and through a coaching program with Circl®.
