Hariharan Sekaran

Hariharan Sekaran is currently an Oracle HCM Solution Architect at NMC Healthcare, where they design and implement Oracle HCM solutions, integrating payroll, talent management, and absence management systems. Hariharan leverages Oracle AI Studios and Cohere technologies to streamline HR processes and develop BI reporting tools for data-driven decision-making. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering and have completed multiple Oracle certifications, including Fusion AI Agent Studio and Payroll Cloud Implementation. Prior to NMC Healthcare, Hariharan worked as an Oracle Fusion Consultant at Aspire Systems and served as a Senior Consultant at Mastek.
