Iman Haikal

Iman Haikal is an experienced human resources professional with a strong focus on talent acquisition, currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition at NMC Healthcare since April 2012. With a background in various HR roles, including Talent Acquisition Lead and Assistant Manager Human Resources, Iman has effectively addressed recruitment needs and employment issues within one of the UAE's largest private healthcare companies. Prior experience includes HR responsibilities at Euroestudios, S.L., and data entry and quality assurance at Emitac - Technology Solutions Group. Iman holds a Professional Diploma in Hospital Management and a Diploma in HR from notable universities, alongside a BSc in Medical Dental Surgery from Mansoura University in Egypt.
