Paul Young

Paul Young PhD is a seasoned professional in leadership development and workforce training with extensive experience in healthcare and education sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Leadership Development at NMC Healthcare, Paul oversees initiatives for over 13,000 employees. Prior roles include Senior Workforce Development Officer at The Newcastle Upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive training programs for over 18,000 staff and leadership in a COVID vaccination program. Additional roles include operational management within various medical departments, development of leadership strategies, and contributions to multiple educational institutions as a lecturer and programme director.
