Zainab Abdul Ameer

Zainab Abdul Ameer currently serves as the VP Emiratisation at NMC Healthcare, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this, Zainab held multiple senior roles, including Head of Human Resources Services and Senior Vice President at MDC Business Management Services from March 2019 to October 2022, and Director of HR Operations at Al Hilal Bank from October 2018 to February 2019. Zainab also worked as the Planning & Recruitment Section Head at the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority from April 2014 to September 2018 and as Support Services Manager at Emirates Advanced Investments between July 2008 and March 2014. Early career experience includes a Supervisor role at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank from June 2003 to July 2008. Zainab holds a Level 5 qualification from The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, completed in 2018, an Executive Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Higher Colleges of Technology, obtained in 2011, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Management from the same institution, obtained in 2010.
