Patrick Clarke is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in editorial roles and freelance writing. Currently serving as Deputy Editor at The Quietus since January 2017, Patrick commissions and edits content and assists with strategic planning. Prior to this position, Patrick held the role of Acting Editor, overseeing all published features. At NME, Patrick works as a Reviews and Features Writer while conducting news reporting shifts. Additionally, Patrick has contributed to various prominent publications such as The Guardian, BBC, and Rolling Stone as a freelance journalist, copywriter, and editor since December 2015. With a background in managing teams and producing music content, Patrick also holds a Master’s Degree in Magazine Journalism from City, University of London, and a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Liverpool.
