Gary Payne has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to business development, project management, and operations. Gary currently holds the position of Vice President Business Development at Nella Media Group, where they are responsible for creating long-term value for the company from customers, markets, relationships, and technology. Prior to this, they were the COO of World Class Conferencing, where they managed the day-to-day operation of the company and implemented strategic initiatives. Gary also served as the Vice President of Project Management at Genesys Conferencing and held Business Development Director positions at Cable & Wireless and Cable & Wireless/Aloha Conferencing. Earlier in their career, they were the Director of Administration and Operations at Aloha Conferencing, a System Manager at Wellington Financial, and a TSPS at GTE Hawaiian Telephone.
Gary Payne attended Punahou School from 1977 to 1978. Gary then studied at the University of Oregon from 1978 to 1982, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. From 1982 to 1983, they attended the University of Hawai'i - Shidler College of Business, followed by Hawaii Pacific University in 1983-1984. No specific degree or field of study is mentioned for these latter two institutions.
