Serhan Simsek has extensive experience in digital service enablement, digital delivery management, and project management, currently serving as the Head of Digital Service Enablement at NMQ Digital since July 2013. Simsek is responsible for supporting the Senior Management Team in establishing and maintaining company KPIs and values, executing a Center of Excellence, and managing fully-functional teams to enhance ROI for various global brands such as Royal Philips, Signify, and TomTom. Previous roles include Digital Delivery Manager, Web Operations Manager, and several project management positions at TomTom, alongside content editing roles at Philips Healthcare and Fil'm Hafızası. Serhan holds a bachelor's degree from Boğaziçi University and a Master of Science in Informatics from Middle East Technical University.
