April Rose

April Rose serves as a Delegate for Carroll County District 5 in the Maryland House of Delegates since March 2015. Concurrently, April holds the position of Senior IT Recruiter at NMR Consulting since April 2009, where responsibilities include recruiting for various IT roles such as SharePoint Systems Administrator and Software Developer II. Previous experience includes working as Events Coordinator for the Maryland Republican Party and as Chairwoman for the Carroll County GOP. Educational background includes studies at Villa Julie College from 1986 to 1987.
