Paul Marques

Paul Marques is an experienced lighting designer and project manager with a diverse background in live events and entertainment technologies. Currently serving as a Lighting Designer at NMR Events since November 2022, Paul also fulfills the role of Project Manager - Lighting Specialist at Box of Wishes. With a freelance career beginning in October 2017 as a Lighting Specialist, Paul has demonstrated expertise in lighting setup, equipment diagnostics, and show programming. Previous positions include Account Executive at Production Resource Group and Lighting & Special Effects Supervisor at MGM Resorts International, where Paul contributed to cost-saving measures and staff training. Paul’s solid foundation in lighting operations is complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Temple University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Information Technology from the College of Southern Nevada.
