Moses Busiga

Moses Busiga serves as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Advisor at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine since January 2023, focusing on the USAID SMART4TB project. Prior to this, Moses held the position of Senior Consultant at NMS Consulting Inc. and contributed as a Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor for Population Services International from November 2021 to February 2023, where expertise in malaria program evaluation and capacity building was demonstrated. Previous roles include Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Advisor at Americares, and significant positions within USAID that spanned health information systems, program management, and evaluation services. Education includes a Master of Public Health from the Institute of Tropical Medicine Antwerp and several certificates in health economic evaluation and monitoring and evaluation of health programs from prestigious institutions.
