Torsten Schmidt has been working in the tech industry since 2012. Torsten has held various leadership positions, including Co-Founder and CEO of Rötzer Engineering GmbH, Co-Founder and former CEO of Antennengemeinschaften Erznet AG, Founder of e2net GmbH, and Founder and CEO of NMS Prime and Every Human Online. At NMS Prime, they created an open source network provisioning tool and network management platform that enables access across multiple access technologies/domains, such as DOCSIS, FTTH, FTTx, DSL, and WiFi.
Torsten Schmidt attended Technische Universität Chemnitz from 2006 to 2011, earning a degree of Diplom-Ingenieur in Informationstechnologie.
