Crystle Cairo

Crystle Cairo is an experienced communications professional currently serving as an Internal Communications Specialist in the Group Finance Strategy & Transformation Office at NN Group since June 2023. Crystle manages the communications agenda for a large finance community and ensures impactful delivery of key messaging. Previously, Crystle held the role of Strategic Talent Communications Lead at EY from April 2018 to June 2023, where responsibilities included strategic planning and execution of various communication initiatives. Additionally, Crystle founded Sights in Bloom, a photography venture focused on brand portraiture. Prior experience includes working as a Sales Intercedent at Tempo-Team and an internship as a Corporate Client Advisor at Rabobank. Crystle holds a Master’s Degree in Privaatrecht and a Bachelor’s Degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam, along with a high school diploma from Arthur Alex Hoogendoorn Atheneum.
