Marcel van Dijk

Marcel van Dijk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and change management, currently serving as a Program Manager at NN Group since 2017. With a background in leading transformative initiatives, Marcel has successfully managed complex programs involving ICT disentanglement and digital document management. Prior roles at NN Group include Programme & Change Manager and Manager of the Competence Center at Nationale-Nederlanden, where responsibilities encompassed team management and large-scale project implementations. Earlier in the career, Marcel worked as a Management Consultant at PriceWaterhouse Coopers and Accenture, specializing in software selections and SAP projects, and began the professional journey as a Lieutenant in the Dutch Army. Marcel holds a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
