Rick Rober

Rick Rober serves as the Product Manager for Digital Workplace at NN Group, guiding efforts to enhance employee experience through a seamless and connected work environment. With a history of leadership roles, Rick has previously held positions such as Head of Digital Workplace and Product Owner for Collaboration Services at TenICT, as well as Principal Consultant at First-Follower. Rick's extensive experience in IT project and program management spans back to roles at Itility, ING, and Nationale-Nederlanden, where foundational skills were developed in technical support and IT service management. Rick holds a Bachelor of ICT from Hogeschool NOVI, complemented by a HAVO degree.
