Cara McConnell

Cara McConnell has extensive experience in the field of internal audit, compliance, and accounting. Cara held various positions at NN, Inc., starting as a Senior Internal Auditor in 2017 and eventually serving as the Vice President of Internal Audit and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to that, they worked as an Audit Manager at Fortner Smalley PLLC and Eastman Chemical Company. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a progressive growth in responsibility and leadership roles within the organizations they have worked for.

Cara McConnell obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from the University of Houston. Cara also holds various certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified in Financial Forensics, Chartered Global Management Accountant, and Certified Public Accountant. These certifications were obtained between 1996 and 2019.
