Vojtech Micka has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Vojtech began their career as a Developer at DERS, s. r. o., where they worked from July 2008 to March 2009. Vojtech then joined Czech Technical University in Prague as a Java Developer from June 2013 to February 2014. In 2011, they joined Acrobits, s.r.o. as an iOS Developer and Designer, where they worked on developing SIP clients and designing UI/UX for web and mobile applications until June 2016. Vojtech also worked at Valeo as a Radar Software Tool Developer from July 2015 to October 2016, where they focused on developing software tools for internal use and researching the use of Deep Learning for object recognition and classification on Radar data. Their work experience also includes a role at NNAISENSE, where they served as a Research Engineer from October 2016 to August 2020, developing evolution-based autonomous parking solutions for Audi and working on simulation and training methods for Festo's robotic softhand. Vojtech then transitioned to the role of Software Infrastructure Lead at NNAISENSE in August 2020, where they lead a team in building tools and infrastructure to enhance the efficiency of the company, works with multiple cloud technologies, and sets the technical direction of the company.

Vojtech Micka completed their education at the Czech Technical University in Prague. From 2010 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Cybernetics and Robotics. Following this, they enrolled in the same university and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Artificial Intelligence from 2014 to 2017.
