Roos Deen

Roos Deen has been working as a Huishoudelijk Ondersteuner WMO at NNCZ since May 2021, where responsibilities include household support for residents with physical disabilities, assisting with cooking, shopping, finances, and engaging in conversations. Previously, Roos served as a Gastvrouw at De Kleine Heerlijkheid and completed internships at Openbaar Onderwijs Groningen, focusing on behavioral training and project education to prevent student dropouts, and at IMC Weekendschool, where Roos supported students from disadvantaged backgrounds in various activities related to career choices. Early work experience includes roles as a Caissière at Albert Heijn and Bibliotheekmedewerker at Bibliotheek Winsum. Roos holds a degree from Hanzehogeschool Groningen and a HAVO diploma with a focus on Cultuur & Maatschappij from Het Hogeland College Warffum.
