Caitrin O'Shea has extensive experience in the fields of research and development, strategy consulting, and brand protection. Currently serving as a Regional Vice President and Senior Director of R&D at NNIT since November 2023, Caitrin also contributes as a Board Member for FRIENDS OF SARNELLI HOUSE UA, which supports an orphanage in Thailand. Previously, Caitrin spent a decade at Excellis Health Solutions, where responsibilities included managing multi-million-dollar traceability initiatives and providing subject matter expertise on serialization projects. Educational achievements include an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Professional Certificate in Anti-counterfeiting and Brand Protection from Michigan State University.
