Caroline Serfass

Caroline Serfass is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in information technology and management across various industries. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at NHS Blood and Transplant since May 2023 and a Board Member at NNIT since March 2018, Caroline has previously held significant roles such as Chief Information Officer at Canon Europe Ltd. from January 2013 to January 2022, where major initiatives included modernizing cloud collaboration, streamlining processes through ERP solutions, and enhancing information security. Prior experience encompasses leadership positions at Medtronic as Vice President IT International and multiple roles at Eli Lilly, including CIO Europe and Director for Supply Chain Management. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Robotics from Polytechnique Montréal and an engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Centrale Lyon.
