Carsten Dilling

Carsten Dilling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Bank of America since March 2020, Dilling also holds multiple significant positions, including Chairman of the Board at SAS - Scandinavian Airlines, MT Højgaard, Højgaard Holding A/S, and Icotera. Additionally, Dilling contributes as a Member of the Board of Directors for TERMA Group and NNIT, and serves as a member of the Investment Board for Maj Invest. As the owner and CEO of CDi Consult Aps since January 2005, Dilling has a strong entrepreneurial background. Dilling's previous experience includes being a Member of the Investment Board at Nordic Eye Venture Capital from February 2017 to March 2020. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce and a BSc in Economics from Copenhagen Business School, completed between 1980 and 1986.
