Michal Duda

Michal Duda is an Advanced Network Security Operations Specialist at NNIT, where responsibilities include handling security operations for customers, incident resolution, firewall management, and software upgrades. Experience includes working with CISCO ASA, Firepower, and Palo Alto firewalls. Previously, Michal held the role of Advanced Network Customer Operations Specialist, focusing on network incident resolution and changes utilizing CISCO DNA Center, ISE, and various networking technologies. Prior to NNIT, Michal was with AT&T as a Mobility Provisioning Network Shiftleader and Mobility Provisioning Network Engineer, providing support and training to teams while managing network translations across diverse mobility network equipment. Michal holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Teleinformatics and Communications and Informatics from Brno University of Technology.
