Pete Young

Pete Young is a seasoned VFX Supervisor and Flame Artist with extensive experience in the visual effects industry. They began their career as a Runner/VT/Combustion/Flame at Clear from 2002 to 2006 and later worked as a Flame Artist at Prime Focus until 2009. Following that, they served as a Senior Flame Artist at Nice Biscuits Ltd. from 2009 to 2013 and at Bigbuoy from 2013 to 2015. From 2016 to 2025, Pete was a VFX Supervisor at JAM FILMS and has been a VFX Supervisor and Director at No.8 since 2025. Pete holds a BA(Hons) in Graphic Design from the Kent Institute of Art and Design, completed in 2002.
