Hiring a Google Ads specialist for your agency is harder than it should be. Job boards give you volume. Generalist recruiters send CVs that miss the brief. And the candidates you actually want are not applying anywhere.
No Walls Hiring exists to solve exactly that.
We are a specialist Google Ads recruitment firm working exclusively with remote-first companies across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Every search we run is focused on one thing: placing verified, pre-screened Google Ads talent with agencies that cannot afford to get this hire wrong.
Here is how we work.
Every candidate we present has completed a 30-minute recorded technical screening conducted by us, using your own questions, before you ever see their profile. You receive the CV, a detailed scorecard, and a link to the recorded screening call. You review everything at your own pace and tell us who you want to move forward with.
Once you confirm a shortlist, we share candidate availability and coordinate directly with them through to offer and start date. You stay focused on your business. We handle the candidate relationship.
Our placement fee is invoiced only after your hire completes 30 days. If things do not work out within 90 days, we run one free replacement search with no retainer charged again.
We work on a maximum of two active roles per client at a time. That is not a limitation. That is how we protect the quality of every search we run.
Google Ads only. Remote-first only. No compromises.
