Scott Stemp

Scott Stemp is a Barrister at No5 Chambers since January 2017, specializing in planning and environmental law, including advising on planning appeals and enforcement matters at various court levels. Prior experience includes a tenure at 12 College Place from October 2001 to January 2017, focusing on planning law, regulatory crime, and fraud, and a position as a Pupil Barrister at Hollis Whiteman Chambers in 2000-2001.
