Tom Waugh

Tom Waugh is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software engineering and technical leadership. As Co-Founder and CTO at Noad since June 2023, Tom has been instrumental in driving innovative solutions. Previously, Tom served as a Senior Software Engineer at TravelPerk from January 2022 to July 2023. Tom's early career includes roles at Day 8 Experiences as Head Of Technology, Tech Lead, and Full Stack Developer from December 2017 to December 2021, and a Technical Consultant and Developer/Project Manager at Creation 360 Ltd from April 2016 to April 2017. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics from the University of Warwick, earned between 2012 and 2015.
