Conrad Großer

Conrad Großer has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Conrad is currently the Co-Founder & CIO at noah, a company focused on developing innovative solutions for real estate management using technology like IIoT and Machine Learning. Prior to this, Conrad worked as a Development Intern at noah.

Conrad also has experience as a Technical Business Analyst, having worked at Deutsche Postbank Group and Deutsche Bank. At Deutsche Postbank Group, they served as a Technical Business Analyst from February 2022 to November 2022. At Deutsche Bank, they held the same role from January 2021 to February 2022.

In addition, Conrad has worked as a Research Assistant at Fraunhofer-Institut für Werkzeugmaschinen und Umformtechnik IWU from November 2020 to April 2021.

Before their roles in the finance and research sectors, Conrad gained experience in the IT and infrastructure fields. Conrad worked as a Rollout Manager at Raiffeisen Bank International AG, where they planned and automated hardware upgrades and Windows 10 rollouts. Conrad also served as an IT Infrastructure Analyst at Avanade, where they received training in O365, Azure, and consulting, and worked on consulting projects for Raiffeisen Bank International.

Conrad's earlier work experience includes roles as an Apprentice at T-Systems Multimedia Solutions GmbH, where they provided client administration support and developed reporting systems, and at Deutsche Telekom Individual Solutions & Products GmbH, where they provided IT support and maintained server rooms. Conrad also gained construction experience as a Construction Worker at Gunter Hüttner & Co. GmbH Chemnitz Bauunternehmung.

Conrad started their professional journey as a School Intern at piezosystem jena in 2012.

Conrad Großer started their education at Gymnasium Einsiedel in 2007 and completed their studies there in 2015. Conrad obtained a University Entrance Certificate (Abitur) with a focus on Mathematics and English. In 2015, Conrad enrolled at Berufliches Schulzentrum für Elektrotechnik Dresden, where they pursued an Associate's degree in Computer Science. Conrad completed this program in 2017. After that, Conrad went on to attend Technische Universität Chemnitz from 2018 to 2023, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics.

In terms of additional certifications, Conrad obtained the English for IT-Specialists (Stage II) certification from the Conference of the German Ministers of Education in June 2017. In April 2021, they became a GitLab Certified Git Associate. Additionally, Conrad achieved the n8n Level 2 certification from n8n in February 2023.
