Chuck Freeman

Chuck entered the telecommunications industry in 1998 during the dot-com explosion with a CLEC. He brought more than 15 years of experience managing wholesale accounts when he joined NoaNet in 2013, where he moved up through the sales team to sales operations director in 2022. He holds an M.A. in Communications Theory from The University of Portland.
