John has been with NoaNet since 2011 as the Engineering Director and has led the company in establishing a reliable, flexible, and high-capacity MPLS network. Now, as the CTO of the company, he focuses on new technologies that could differentiate the company from competitors and the risks associated with the evolving telecommunication landscape. Before joining NoaNet, John led one of the largest publicly owned Fiber-To-The-Premises buildouts in the country. He has worked in diverse areas, including network engineering, outside plant engineering, application planning and development, regulatory compliance, IT, SCADA, and business process management. John received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University.
