Jason Culp

Jason Culp is an experienced professional in civil engineering and construction technology, currently serving as an Application Engineer and Director of VDC/Construction Technology at NOAR Technologies since February 2019. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Civil 3D Designer at Diffin-Umlor & Associates and Project Manager at Civil Engineering Solutions, where responsibilities included creating and implementing civil 3D design standards while being familiar with RCOC, LCRC, and MDOT design standards. Jason's extensive background includes serving as a Field Representative at Johnson & Anderson, overseeing projects with budgets up to $15 million and adapting to various survey technologies. Jason started as a Heavy Equipment Hauler/Equipment Operator at J&N Construction, gaining skills in environmental compliance and heavy equipment operation, and began a career in design and quality control at Northern Michigan Cut-stone. Jason holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in CAD and Mechanical Design from ITT Technical Institute-Grand Rapids.
