Malin Absér

Malin Absér is the Director of Data & Analytics and Data Management at Nobia, where they have established a data management organization focused on data quality and governance, and transformed their department to an agile model. Previously, they held various roles at Ericsson, including Supply Manager and Customer Project Manager, and contributed to master data management at H&M Group. Malin was recognized as "Cultural Carrier of the Year" at H&M IT for their leadership and innovation in data strategy and IT delivery. They hold a Master’s degree from Linköpings Tekniska Högskola.
