Markus Rydmell

Markus Rydmell serves as the Group Director for People & Culture at Nobia since May 2021, previously holding roles including Director and Partner within the same domain. Prior to Nobia, Markus was the Head of People at OX2, managing HR activities across multiple countries in Europe. Markus also led HR efforts at Qliro and developed recruitment functions at Studentum Group. Early career experiences include roles as a Nordic Leadership & Executive Search Consultant at Alumni Harvey Nash Nordic EE and as Nordic HR at Adidas. Markus holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics and a high school diploma in Economics from Rudbecksskolan.
