Rune Stephansen

Rune Stephansen is the Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Denmark at Nobia. Rune has held this position since July 2020. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Nobia Denmark A/S from February 2016 to July 2020. Rune was also a member of the board of Træ og Møbelindustrien (Brancheforeningen) from July 2018 to July 2020.

From August 2009 to February 2016, Stephansen was the CEO of Nobia Svenska Kök AB, where they oversaw operations for kitchens. This included companies such as Marbodal and Myresjökök, as well as a few Private Label companies. The headquarters were based in Tidaholm, Sweden.

Before their time at Nobia, Stephansen was the Country Manager at Kvik AS from January 2006 to December 2009. Rune was also the Sales and Establishment Manager at Sportex AB from January 2003 to December 2006. Prior to that, they worked as a consultant for Stephansen AB from January 2001 to December 2003.

Rune Stephansen has a degree in AMD from IMD, and also has a Board Leadership Masterclass from CBS Executive Fonden. Rune has also completed an International Marknadsekonom degree in Marketing, Språk, and Ekonomi from Aarhus Business College. Lastly, they have a degree in Naturvetenskaplig from Århus Akademi.

Rune Stephansen works with Thomas Myringer - Executive Vice President, HR Director, Kristoffer Ljungfelt - CFO, and Ralph Kobsik - Executive Vice President and Head of Central Europe. Rune Stephansen reports to Jon Sintorn, President and CEO.
