Roy Beumer

Roy Beumer has extensive experience in operational roles within the chemical and energy sectors. From December 2015 to September 2018, Roy worked at AkzoNobel as a 2e Operator Energy, focusing on steam and electricity generation, and as an Allround Operator responsible for salt production and energy operations. Following this, Roy held positions at Nouryon, serving as Site Lead Operator and Site Shift Manager from October 2018 to January 2020. Since January 2021, Roy has been a Site Shift Manager at Nobian. Prior to these roles, Roy accumulated significant experience at Norit X-Flow as a ploegchef, overseeing production teams and processes from February 1996 to November 2007. Roy's education includes Technical Microbiology from MLO Hengelo, various Vapro qualifications in process technology, and a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt from Akzo.
