John Strong has extensive experience in project management, having worked at Clark | Azar & Associates as a Project Manager since July 2017, and at Nobis Engineering, Inc. in the same role since February 2013. Prior to this, John served as the Head of Maryland Testing Services and Geotechnical Services at Bengtson Debell & Elkin from February 1983 to January 2001.
