Noble Consulting is a Chicago-based, Latina and Queer-founded consulting firm dedicated to advancing equity, innovation, and impact in education and social systems. We bring over 35 years of combined experience in education, focusing on access, curriculum design, research, cultural competency, and student success.

Noble Consulting was co-founded by Dr. Claudia Mercado and Carolina Huerta—two lifelong educators rooted in the Chicagoland community. Our company is built on the belief that hope and transformation are not abstract ideals—they happen through intentional relationships, inclusive dialogue, and courageous action.
