Max Siegal currently serves as the Head of Member Experience at Noble Mobile since September 2025. Prior to this role, Max held the position of Head of Customer Support at Aescape, where responsibilities included building the customer experience from the ground up in anticipation of significant expansion. Max's previous experience at WeWork included roles as Product Manager for Technology Business Systems and Global Director of Member Support, leading efforts in software applications management and scaling global support functions, respectively. Max began the professional journey as the first Manager of the Service and Logistics Team at Kitchensurfing and worked as a paralegal at Lankler & Carragher, LLP. Max holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Fordham University and has furthered education at General Assembly.
