Noble Trust College is a Tanzania-based vocational and technical training institution expanding access to quality, skills-based education for underserved communities.

We go beyond traditional training—working with donors, researchers, learning institutions, volunteers, and international students to tackle youth unemployment and break cycles of poverty.

Our work is strengthened through Elimu Foundation, our sister organization leading community-based interventions. While the college focuses on training and skills development, Elimu Foundation addresses realities beyond the classroom—supporting women, youth, and children to overcome social, cultural, and economic barriers.

This means education does not stop at enrollment. Students facing pressure, stigma, or financial hardship are supported through community systems, partnerships, and referral networks that help them stay, complete, and move forward.

Many of our students are reached through Elimu Foundation and partner organizations, creating a strong bridge between community needs and practical education.

We are building more than graduates—we are building pathways to dignity, opportunity, and long-term impact.
