Barbara Tyrrell

Barbara Tyrrell joined the Noble Team in 2010, leading the first competitive proposal efforts for the company as Noble expanded its customer base and core competencies. She has more than 25 years of experience managing complex federal proposal teams and diverse capture efforts, including establishing and managing proposal centers in the United States and Europe. Barbara has trained dozens of organizations on proposal process, capture management, and writing while leading proposal efforts for more than $10 billion in contract wins.

Since joining Noble, Barbara has worked with senior leadership to develop growth strategies, identify new marketplaces, create capture and proposal plans, and pursue new customers. She leads the proposal team and its efforts, working to expand the international portfolio.

Barbara graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in English.
