Megan Smith

Megan Smith, SPHR, SHRM-CP, has a strong background in human resources. Megan currently holds the position of Director, HR Talent & Culture at Noble, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, Megan worked as an HR Manager at Federal Resources from February 2017 to February 2022. Megan also gained experience as a Sr. HR Generalist at TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. from September 2012 to February 2017. Megan began their HR career at FTI Consulting, where they served as an HR Services Associate from January 2012 to September 2012, and as a Human Resources Assistant from September 2007 to January 2012.
