Randall Sweeney

Randall Sweeney joined Noble in 2010 at the onset of the company’s extraordinary growth. As Noble’s Vice President of Contracting, Ran is responsible for negotiating and administering all government contracts for the company. He contributes crucial insights gained through his twenty years of government service, during which time he achieved GS-15 and a nomination for the Senior Executive Service (SES). Ran was appointed by the Secretary of the Army as a member of the U.S. Army Science Board and has received commendations from the Secretary of Defense and the Department of the Army, as well as formal proclamations from the Ohio Senate and the Ohio House of Representatives. Ran served as a member of the Board of Directors for both publicly traded and privately held companies.

Randall holds a Master of Public Administration from Ohio State.
