Roger Knight

Roger Knight has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Roger currently holds the position of Vice President - Strategy at Noble, where they have been working since December 2023. Before that, they worked as a Business Development Manager - Tactical Programs from February 2022 to December 2023 and as a Client and Vendor Relations Manager from January 2019 to February 2022 at the same company.

Prior to joining Noble, Roger worked at Wellington Management as an Investment Reporting Analyst from August 2016 to December 2018. During the same period, they pursued an MBA degree at Boston College Carroll School of Management.

Before their career in finance, Roger served in the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) from May 2003 to May 2011 as a Green Beret in the United States Army Special Forces. Roger later transitioned to the civilian sector and worked as the Director of External Relations at Home Base, a Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital Program from June 2011 to August 2016.
