Jonathan Hanley

Jonathan Hanley, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and geospatial intelligence, currently serving as a Technical Project Manager at Noblis ESI since September 2021. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Geospatial Intelligence Program Manager at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, where responsibilities included analyzing needs for future air warfare systems. Jonathan's background in the United States Air Force spans various leadership roles, including Deputy Director at NATO Air Command and Deputy Commander of the 693d Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group, overseeing significant intelligence operations and project implementations. Jonathan's academic credentials include a Master's degree from the USAF Air Command and Staff College and a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, complemented by early education at Deerfield Academy.
